Diverse Personalities:
Diverse teams inspire more creativity and spark innovative solutions. With a mix of perspectives, empathetic problem-solving becomes easier, as decisions are approached from multiple angles. It’s like an evolving recipe that changes every time.
But with diversity, does conflict become more likely? Could it slow progress as team members navigate differing views?
Outliers:
These are the big thinkers who push boundaries and inspire the team. They bring something fresh to the table—like a bold spice that transforms the entire dish. Outliers often see the big picture, helping to mediate conflicts and maintain harmony.
But how do you balance these boundary-pushers with the rest of the team?
The Perfect Mix:
